My husband and I are stationed in San Antonio and a few months after moving here we started to look into fertility options.  Our relationship with Texas Fertility Center began in August 2013.  Our initial consultation with Dr. James was informative, respectful, and pressure free.   Dr. James’ experience, both personal and professional, was reassuring and we knew immediately we were in the hands of a competent and caring healthcare provider to address our fertility needs.  With the initial evaluation and over the next several weeks our questions and concerns were readily addressed by Dr. James and the clinic’s knowledgeable nursing staff.

After reviewing our clinical results with Dr. James, who presented an unbiased consideration of all possible options and associated risks, we elected to proceed with the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process.  The staff continued to be respectful and supportive of our decision while at the same time helped manage our expectations.  Additionally, being a military family with limited options for fertility care, Texas Fertility Center was understanding and offered an affordable option with its military discount.

We started the IVF process the following December with high hopes.  The course of the IVF treatment progressed quickly and was easier than we had envisioned.  The IVF plan and calendars the staff prepared made each step simple and easy to follow and if we had any questions, Dr. James and her staff were just a phone call or email away.  Ultimately the result of Dr. James’ expertise and her skilled clinical staff was a success and we are now expecting twin boys in November!  We could not be happier with the outcome of our decision to utilize the services of Dr. James and the Texas Fertility Center.  We will forever be grateful to them for our twin boys!
