A legacy of hope. A plan for success. Texas Fertility Center San Antonio is advancing fertility care.

Texas Fertility Center ingenuity–plus a few little miracles–has helped to deliver over 16,000 babies to patients in Austin, San Antonio and throughout the United States.

A worldwide leader committed to hometown care, Texas Fertility Center has established a reputation for excellence over the past three decades serving patients from our offices in Austin and Central Texas. Now, with the opening of our new state of the art San Antonio office, we bring over 100 years of combined infertility diagnosis and treatment experience directly to our San Antonio, South Texas, and Latin America patients … with a singular goal of creating families.

Our experience as experts in the treatment of both female and male infertility affords us a perspective on the effectiveness of basic fertility care, as well as the infinite possibilities of advanced options such as IVF, genetic testing and reconstructive fertility surgery.

Texas Fertility Center was born in Austin, with deep roots that reach into San Antonio and South Texas. Nationally recognized for cutting-edge technology, our patients always felt that TFC care was worth the drive, but proximity to our patients drove us to open a new full-service office and IVF laboratory in San Antonio.

From San Antonio to Corpus Christi and the Valley, Texas Fertility Center is committed to making affordable, state-of-the-art fertility care accessible to our patients.

Our Infertility Services

Assisted Reproduction & IVF

As pioneers in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, our doctors offer the latest techniques and technology. Proven therapies such as In-vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) treatment, and ovulation induction can help produce the results you desire.

In fact, Texas Fertility Center regularly earns national recognition for our pregnancy success rates.

Donor Egg & Donor Sperm

For patients who need donor services, we offer donor eggs and donor sperm to help them on their path to parenthood. Our donors, who are hand selected in-house by TFC, undergo extensive testing to qualify for the egg donation program.

For women who cannot carry a child, we can discuss using a gestational carrier, a woman with no genetic connection to the fetus who will carry and deliver the pregnancy.

Advanced Lab Procedures

Before treatment begins, we can conduct genetic screening for over 100 inheritable diseases that parents can pass on to their children.

With preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), we can look for abnormalities in the embryos before implantation. Our advanced laboratory procedures also include intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ISCS), assisted hatching, egg freezing, and fertility preservation.

Reproductive Surgery

Treatment for fibroids and pelvic adhesions often requires laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. We work with several local hospitals, utilizing their state-of-the-art facilities so that our doctors can perform any outpatient infertility procedures.

If the recommended surgery requires hospitalization, your physician will review the treatment plan with you and answer any questions you may have.

Fertility Treatments

Certain medical conditions can impact your ability to either become pregnant or carry a pregnancy to term. Patients suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome or endometriosis will receive a thorough evaluation and treatment recommendations.

The doctors at TFC are national leaders on endometriosis and have created materials used to train medical students. If you suffer from recurrent miscarriages, our doctors will determine the cause and discuss your options for achieving a full-term pregnancy.

Total Fertility Care

As patients embark on the journey to creating the families they desire, we understand that the diagnosis and treatment of infertility can permeate other areas of life.

We offer emotional wellness materials and other support to help patients cope with infertility. These educational programs will prepare you to work through the difficulties associated with male or female infertility.
