Dr. James, the nurses April and Sharon and receptionist Nora are the best!

They are very caring and sweet through the whole process. Everything was explained and I had total confidence through IUIs and eventually IVF. TFC and San Antonio IVF are great about working with insurance to get the most out of your benefits. The best part is they know who you are when you walk into the office or call on the phone, and treat you like a person and not just a patient.

They are very LGBT friendly and did not give us any static about being a lesbian couple. I’m pregnant with our first baby thanks to the great staff at Texas Fertility Center!
