Dr. Han has a distinguished educational background
Eric Han MD began his higher education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biopsychology from Tufts University. He received his medical training at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale School of Medicine. There, he served as chief resident.
Dr. Han honed his excellent surgical skills throughout his training and career, and was awarded the Yale School of Medicine Society of Laparoscopic Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident Award as a graduating chief resident. With a firm career goal of helping people who are dealing with infertility, Dr. Eric Han completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Yale School of Medicine.
Always learning and contributing, our San Antonio fertility doctor worked on several research projects and contributed book chapters during his medical training, residency and fellowship. Topics ranged from oocyte preservation and endometriosis to anti-Müllerian hormone and miscarriages. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
